The primary responsibility of DOR is to be the overarching lead for ALL rugby at Stafford Rugby Club.

As the Head of the Men's section, it is essential that your forge close working relationships with the Head of Women's and Girls section, the Junior Chair and the key leads from Mixed Ability and Touch rugby.

As DOR you will be an integral part of GMC and Chair of the Playing Committee that brings all of the senior teams leads together.
